What can I do in the Video Info tab?
For the general video information you can edit:
- Collaborations: You can invite another alugha user as a collaborator to your project.
- Location: Add the exact location of your video.
- Categories: You can choose up to 3 categories that describe your video.
- Watchlist: Add your video to a special watchlist.
- Start and End date: Select the date of your video release and if necessary, a date on which your video should be taken offline. Remember that you can come back and adjust the dates at any time.
- Whitelist: In some cases, you may want to limit who can view your video. Whitelists are great for video or brand safety, your content will run only in channels pre-approved by you.
- State, youth protection, and licenses: Here you can set the video status, visibility, and licensing info of your videos.
For each language you will have a separate tab to customize the following information:
- Title: the title is going to be visible on the viewers end, so write up something that's both eye-catching and conveys the essence of your video's message.
- Description: This will also be visible to your viewers. Including a short summary of your video's content will help viewers understand the context of your video. There is no character limitation, you are free to let your internal author run wild.
- Tags: These identify what the video is made of. Tags help classify your content into specific topics. We suggest including as many relevant tags as you can. That doesn't mean hundreds, but adding roughly a dozen or more tags will improve your chances at ranking. Plus we don't restrict the quantity of tags. Just brainstorm and be creative!
- Thumbnail and background: you can add a different video image for each language.
