My Video takes too long to encode

    Normally our encoding pipeline runs very well and in 99% of the cases it does encode your video, even though it might not be shown in the dubbr project and it might look like this:


    There are different options from here:
    1. Wait a bit till it is done (1h video takes about 8-10 minutes for encoding)
    2. Just reload the page and see if it shows you the progress.
    3. Click the "Share" button from the Import/Export and see if it works on the SVP.
    4. If this all is not working drop us a message, and we can just manually restart the encoding process for you. But here we MUST have the Video ID. It is easiest to just send us the link to the dubbr project as it also contains the Video ID
